How It Works
Submit a Grooming Request
Complete the request form and provide as much detail as possible about your dog, grooming history, coat condition, temperament, and the services you are looking for.
Request Review
Submission of a request form does not guarantee an appointment. Grooming requests are reviewed individually based on availability, scheduling, coat condition, and overall fit.
Direct Groomer Follow-Up
Your groomer will contact you directly regarding availability, pricing, scheduling, and any additional questions prior to confirming an appointment.
Appointment Confirmation
Once approved and scheduled, appointment details, arrival instructions, and timing will be confirmed directly with your groomer.

The Groom Room Policies
Cancellations & No-Shows
To help us offer the best possible care and accommodate all clients fairly, we kindly require 24+ hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Payment must be received prior to confirming any future appointments.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Payment must be received prior to confirming any future appointments.

In cases of repeated late cancellations or no-shows, we may kindly request a credit card on file and reserve the right to reassess future booking availability.
We kindly ask that all cancellation requests be made directly with your groomer, as this ensures your message is received promptly. Please note that requests made through The Homestead or the online booking portal are not considered confirmed cancellations, and applicable fees still apply.
Early Drop-Off & Late Pick-Up
We understand that schedules can be busy, and we are always happy to accommodate early drop-offs or later pick-ups whenever possible when arranged in advance with your groomer.
To maintain a calm and uninterrupted experience for all dogs in our care, we kindly ask for advance notice for any timing adjustments. Without prior arrangement, a $20 courtesy fee will be added to your invoice for early drop-offs or late pick-ups.
A late pick-up is considered 20 minutes or more past the estimated ready time provided by your groomer (for example, if your groomer texts that your pup will be ready in 20 minutes and pick-up occurs 40+ minutes from that time, the late pick-up fee will apply).
