A note about afternoon drop-offs

For the best start to your dog’s stay, drop-offs are scheduled prior to 1:00 pm*. This timing allows dogs to fully participate in the day’s routine, settle comfortably into the group, and enjoy the movement, enrichment, and connection they need to wind down for a restful evening.

*In extenuating circumstances, later afternoon drop-offs (after 3:00 pm) may be accommodated by appointment and may be subject to an additional charge.

OVERNIGHT CHECKLIST

What to Pack

To help your dog settle comfortably into their stay, we’ve created a simple overnight checklist. Packing thoughtfully allows us to keep routines calm, spaces clean, and care consistent.

Please do not pack:

  • Large or bulky beds (raised beds are provided)

  • Food or water bowls (including slow feeders—we have plenty)

  • Special or sentimental toys (we provide safe, dog-appropriate toys)

REQUIRED

Keep your dog’s Gingr profile fully updated. This is your dog’s run card and our primary source of care instructions. Paper notes can be lost or conflict with profile information, making it difficult for staff to know what to follow.
