In your email please include:

Dog’s name, breed, age, and approximate weight

Whether you are a new or existing client

Type of groom requested (full groom, tidy/maintenance, bath & brush, nail trim only)

Preferred dates/timing (and any flexibility)

Any relevant notes (coat condition, matting, behaviour concerns, health issues, or changes since the last groom)
NOTE: I am currently booked 6-8 weeks in advance for Full Grooms.
When you book a grooming appointment with me, I reserve an exclusive time slot just for your pup. To keep things simple and fair for everyone, here's how my booking policy works:
Booking Requirements

I require a credit card on file, or store credit, to secure your grooming appointment.
Mini Refresh

Your dog's coat must be mat-free and recently maintained. If matting or heavy soiling is discovered, we may need to stop the service and refer you for a Full Groom (full charge still applies)
Cancellations & Rescheduling

24+ hours before your appointment: No charge. You can cancel or reschedule through the online portal.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment: I will need to charge the full service fee. Please contact me directly.
No-Shows

If you don't show up, haven't cancelled, show up late or haven't contacted me: I will charge the full service fee.
